Who these terms cover

Perfect Living is one brand operated through market-specific entities. UK property services are handled by Perfect Living Services Limited; United States services by Perfect Living Services LLC; and UAE, Digital, OS and group enquiries by Perfect Living Services FZE LLC or the entity identified in the relevant quote, order form or agreement.

The entity named in an accepted quote, booking confirmation, statement of work, order form or subscription agreement is the contracting entity. That document takes priority if it conflicts with these general website terms.

Website information is not a booking

This website explains our divisions, operating method and intended service scope. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking, guarantee availability or confirm that a provider, licence, permit, price or completion date is available.

A commitment exists only after the responsible entity confirms the scope, price, service area, capacity, timing and any required professional or regulatory conditions.

Quotes, prices and changes

Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Taxes, third-party costs, materials, access, permits, hidden conditions and requested changes may affect the final amount where this is disclosed and agreed.

If new evidence materially changes the work, we will explain the issue and seek approval before carrying out additional chargeable work, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect people or property and is permitted by law.

Bookings and customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, property, access and scope information; disclose known hazards or restrictions; obtain any required owner, landlord or building approvals; and provide safe and reasonable access at the agreed time.

We may pause, reschedule or decline work where the scope is unsafe, unlawful, outside the confirmed service area, outside an appropriately qualified provider's remit or materially different from the agreed brief.

Digital projects and third-party services

Digital work may depend on third-party hosting, domains, advertising platforms, software, data, payment providers or licences. Their own terms, fees and availability may apply. Ownership, usage rights, handover, milestones and support are defined in the relevant proposal or statement of work.

Strategy, design, automation and software services are intended to improve a commercial system, but no particular revenue, ranking, lead volume or business result is guaranteed.

Perfect Living OS

Perfect Living OS is currently offered through guided early access rather than unrestricted self-service availability. Product access, permitted users, fees, data handling, support and cancellation are governed by the applicable order form and the Perfect Living OS Early Access Terms.

Acceptable website use

Do not misuse the website, forms or Public AI Reception; attempt unauthorised access; submit unlawful, deceptive or harmful content; interfere with availability; or copy protected content in a way that exceeds applicable law or an agreed licence.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other limitation, remedy or allocation of risk is determined by the responsible entity, the specific contract and the law that applies to that transaction.

Website links and general guidance are provided for convenience. Customers should obtain appropriate professional advice where a decision involves legal, tax, structural, electrical, plumbing, health, safety or other regulated matters.
