Why this service exists

Brand Identity & Logo Design should solve a real customer or operating problem.

A logo is not the whole brand, but it is often the first visible promise. It has to remain recognisable on a website header, proposal, social avatar, invoice, uniform, vehicle or small mobile screen — not only in a presentation mockup.

We begin with the commercial character of the business: what it should signal, who must trust it, where it will appear and what should make it distinct without becoming fashionable for one season. The creative direction then becomes a practical system of marks, typography, colour, imagery and layout behaviour.

The handover is designed for use. It includes production-ready assets, responsive logo variants and clear rules so future websites, documents and campaigns still look like one company. Naming, trademark clearance and legal registration require a separate specialist where applicable and are not implied by visual design.

Common reasons companies start here

The current logo works only at one size or on one background

Website, proposals and social channels look like different companies

The brand depends on one designer remembering unwritten rules

A redesign is being requested before the commercial position is clear

What the work actually includes

A complete service, explained before the proposal.

Every project is scoped around the business and may not need every component. These are the working layers we examine rather than hiding the work behind a single vague deliverable.

01

Brand foundation

We define audience, positioning, personality, competitive context and the signals the identity must create before drawing a mark.

02

Logo system

We develop the primary mark plus responsive, horizontal, compact, monochrome and small-format versions where the use case requires them.

03

Visual language

Typography, colour, imagery, spacing, graphic devices and application principles turn the logo into a recognisable brand environment.

04

Guidelines and handover

The final system is documented and supplied in practical production formats with clear examples of correct and incorrect use.

Brand Identity & Logo Design questions

Clear before a proposal.

Do you design only a logo?

A focused logo project may be possible, but we still need enough positioning and usage context to design something commercially useful. The recommended scope is usually a compact identity system rather than one isolated file.

How many logo concepts do you provide?

The proposal defines the exploration and revision route. We do not sell an arbitrary pile of unrelated marks; the process is intended to develop a defensible direction and refine it into a usable system.

Do you check trademarks?

No legal trademark clearance or registration is implied. We can design for distinctiveness and conduct practical visual checks, but formal clearance should be handled by a qualified trademark professional in the relevant jurisdictions.

Will we receive editable files?

The agreed handover can include vector, web and presentation-ready formats, logo variants, colour values, type recommendations and usage guidance. Exact source-file and font-licensing terms are stated in the proposal.
